Amaze L12B 1.2 Engine
We pull complete Amaze engines with the ancillaries still on them, and can supply a bare block or a short motor instead where that is all the job calls for. Quote the code stamped on the block along with your year — Honda changed engine families between generations.
Amaze 5-Speed Manual Gearbox
Manual boxes come out of the donor Amaze complete with the bellhousing and the selector linkage, and we turn the input shaft by hand before one goes on the shelf. Tell us the engine it is bolting to — ratios and bellhousing patterns are not shared across the range.
Amaze Boot Lid
Supplied bare, or with the lock, lights and wiring still fitted — say which suits the job. Your colour code is on the plate in the driver's door shut; quote it and you may save yourself a respray.
Amaze Headlight Assembly
Tell us the side, and whether your Amaze runs halogen or projector lights — the mountings and the plug go with it. We check the lens for crazing and the tabs for cracks, then double-box it, because lights travel badly.
Amaze Radiator
Cores are checked for weeping seams and flattened fins before they go on the shelf. Manual and automatic cars take different radiators — the auto carries the transmission cooler in the end tank — so tell us which of the two your Amaze is.
Amaze Alternator
Bench-tested for output and a clean bearing before it leaves the yard. The amp rating changes with the trim and with whether the car has air-conditioning, so read the number off the casing on your Amaze if you can get to it.
Common Questions About the Honda Amaze
Which Amaze parts do you keep in stock?
Boot lids, headlight assemblies, radiators and alternators are our regular Amaze requests, along with the L12B 1.2 i-VTEC engine and 5-speed manual gearboxes.
Do you stock the N15A 1.5 i-DTEC diesel?
It was offered on both the GM (2013-2017) and GM8 (2018-2021) Amaze, but the petrol outsold it heavily here, so diesel donor cars are less common. Ask us and we will tell you what is in the yard.
Are Amaze parts good value for e-hailing operators?
The Amaze is popular with e-hailing drivers precisely because it is cheap to run and cheap to fix. Used panels, lights and running gear keep a working car earning instead of standing. We can set up an account for operators running several vehicles.
Do the first and second generation Amaze share parts?
Both run the L12B 1.2, so a lot of the mechanical side crosses. The GM8 was fully restyled though, so body panels, lights and most trim do not swap. The second generation also added a CVT option. Send the year and VIN.
