CR-Z LEA 1.5 Hybrid Engine
The petrol half of the IMA system, pulled as a unit with the motor-generator still attached. Say whether you need the battery pack and inverter alongside it, because those are quoted as separate items.
CR-Z IMA Battery Pack
Packs are pulled complete with the cooling fan and the control module. Give us your year and we go through what is actually on the floor with you before you commit to anything.
CR-Z 6-Speed Manual Gearbox
Manual boxes come out of the donor CR-Z complete with the bellhousing and the selector linkage, and we turn the input shaft by hand before one goes on the shelf. Tell us the engine it is bolting to — ratios and bellhousing patterns are not shared across the range.
CR-Z Inverter
Inverters come out with the mounting bracket and the high-voltage cabling intact, and are handled as high-voltage stock. They are model-specific, so we check the part number against your VIN before anything ships.
CR-Z Headlight Assembly
Tell us the side, and whether your CR-Z runs halogen or projector lights — the mountings and the plug go with it. We check the lens for crazing and the tabs for cracks, then double-box it, because lights travel badly.

Can you supply a CR-Z IMA battery pack?
Yes — IMA battery packs are the standout CR-Z request, because battery degradation is the common fault on these cars. Inverters are the other regular. Volumes are small, so tell us early and we will check the yard.
Is the CR-Z really a hybrid with a manual gearbox?
It is — the ZF1 CR-Z (2010-2016) paired the LEA 1.5 IMA hybrid system with a 6-speed manual, which is unusual for a hybrid. We supply those gearboxes as well as the hybrid drivetrain components.
Are CR-Z parts available new?
Rarely, and not economically. Local volumes were small and the car has been out of production for years, so used parts are effectively the only option. That is our core business — front-end body panels, headlight assemblies and hybrid components.
